Senior Category Manager - Strategic Sourcing (Packaging)

HelloFresh is seeking a Senior Category Manager for Packaging to take full ownership of creating and developing their Primary packaging category, including ingredient packaging and plastic film. You will report directly to the Director of Packaging and be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies that improve cost structure, product quality, and supply chain reliability while supporting innovation and new product development.

This role combines analytical rigor with collaborative skills to elevate customer experience. You will drive innovation by sourcing primary suppliers capable of co-creating best-in-class packaging solutions tailored to HelloFresh's unique business model. You'll leverage large internal datasets and industry benchmarks to identify cost reduction opportunities, build and maintain a strong pool of primary packaging suppliers, and work closely with the packaging design team to improve the overall look and feel of ingredient packaging.
