Game Designer (f/m/d)

About us

Hi, we are Ten Square Games, and we live games! No, not a typo - but a level up from loving! We are on a mission of giving players excellent outdoor experiences on their mobiles. With global hits, such as Fishing Clash, we know how to make the best of technology, fun, and fair play. With 77 million registered players in 2025 and 300+ people on board, we keep growing and learning, having the insatiable hunger for the next success. If you also like to explore the unknown and know how to own it, we want to work with you!

We are looking for a Game Designer (f/m/d) who can help make Rortos games even more engaging, rewarding and fun for players.

We create mobile games for players around the world, with a focus on immersive experiences, engaging gameplay and continuous improvement. We believe there are plenty of opportunities to improve the player experience and bring fresh ideas to our games.

What is this job all about?

We are looking for a hands-on Game Designer (f/m/d) to help us develop and improve gameplay features in Rortos games.

In this role, you will take ownership of individual features, from initial ideas and research through design, implementation and iteration. You will work with existing game systems, identify opportunities for improvement and turn ideas into practical solutions that make the game more enjoyable for players.

We are looking for someone who can work independently on well-defined areas, communicate ideas clearly and take responsibility for delivering high-quality gameplay experiences while continuing to grow as a Game Designer.
