About this role at LTK USA
LTK’s mission is to empower the world’s premium lifestyle Creators to achieve maximum economic success. We have a huge opportunity ahead of us and we’re looking for team members who want to create, innovate and disrupt an industry.
We empower our team members to drive innovation, create value, and continue to spearhead the creation of this industry — a game changer when it comes to career growth.
Position Title: Principal Product Manager, AI
About the role
For more than a decade, LTK has helped shape the creator economy by connecting thousands of creators and brands with millions of consumers. Today, our platform powers more than $6 billion in annual retail sales. Behind that scale is over a decade of commerce data on how people discover products, how creators influence purchasing decisions, and how brands and consumers connect.
As Principal Product Manager, AI, you’ll use that foundation to shape the next generation of creator and agentic commerce. You’ll define how AI helps brands find the right creators, turns commerce intelligence into better decisions, and enables agents to work on behalf of customers—always with their goals in mind. Your scope will span LTK’s Creator Management Platform (CMP) agent harness and LLM judges, in-house ML models, and the proprietary knowledge graph connecting our creator, brand, campaign, and marketplace intelligence.
This is a deeply technical role and one of LTK’s most senior individual contributor product positions, paired directly with our Machine Learning and Data Science team. You’ll work together to define model capabilities, shape data and system requirements, establish rigorous evaluations, and make trade-offs across quality, reliability, latency, and cost. With influence across product strategy, technical direction, and investment decisions, you’ll turn LTK’s data and relationships into products that change how creators build businesses, brands reach customers, and consumers shop.
How you will make an impact
- Define the long-term vision and multi-quarter AI product strategy for LTK’s proprietary ML models, agent infrastructure, and evaluation systems, including the agent harness for our customer-facing experiences, LLM judges, and proprietary knowledge graph.
- Work directly with Machine Learning and Data Science teams to translate customer problems into model capabilities and experiments, and shape the data quality, coverage, and feedback loops that improve model performance over time. Partner with Engineering on model selection, retrieval, tool use, and build-versus-buy decisions, balancing quality, reliability, latency, and cost.
- Define how agents understand customer goals and act on their behalf, including the tools and information they can access, when they need approval, and how customers understand, control, and override their actions. Build privacy, transparency, and appropriate human oversight into these experiences.
- Own product evaluation and launch criteria, partnering with Machine Learning and Data Science to build representative evaluation datasets, investigate failures, and monitor quality in production across task success, reliability, latency, and cost.
- Raise the bar for AI evaluation across LTK. Stay close to emerging research and industry guidance on evaluating non-deterministic experiences, test new approaches, and evolve shared frameworks, tools, and quality standards. Help other PMs build effective evaluations and strengthen launch readiness and production monitoring.
- Partner closely with Product leads across LTK to identify where AI can deliver the greatest value for creators, brands, and consumers. Translate customer needs into a focused set of opportunities for new models, agent capabilities, and shared infrastructure, then work together to validate their impact and bring them into customer-facing products.
- Champion responsible AI development, balancing innovation with reliability, privacy, transparency, and appropriate human oversight.
- Elevate AI-native product thinking across teams, influencing senior leaders and helping shape LTK's long-term AI opportunities.
What you will bring to LTK
- 8+ years of Product Management experience, including ownership of complex technical products, multi-quarter strategy, and demonstrated influence on product direction and business outcomes across teams.
- Demonstrated experience shipping and improving AI/ML products in production, including LLM applications, AI agents, or model-backed workflows, with measurable customer adoption and business impact.
- Strong technical fluency and experience working directly with ML engineers and applied scientists to define model requirements, guide experiments, and translate results into product decisions. You can point to concrete contributions involving model behavior, system architecture, data quality, reliability, latency, and cost.
- Deep expertise in evaluating AI-powered products, including non-deterministic model and agent…
