- Design intuitive, elegant workflows for complex, information-dense enterprise experiences, simplifying technical concepts and reducing friction for business users.
- Create templates and reusable design patterns and standards for analytics UX, including navigation, data visualization, information architecture, conversational patterns, prompt interactions, feedback states, trust indicators, and error handling.
- Partner closely with product managers, BI leaders, engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate analytics and AI capabilities into useful, usable product experiences.
- Lead user discovery, workflow mapping, prototyping, usability testing, and iterative refinement to ensure analytics products solve real user problems and fit naturally into day-to-day decision-making.
- Shape the experience strategy for AI-enabled analytics, with emphasis on trust, explainability, transparency, confidence states, human-in-the-loop interactions, and responsible presentation of AI-generated insights.

- Drive alignment between user needs, product vision, and enterprise standards by influencing roadmaps, prioritization, and cross-functional design decisions.
- Create and evolve design-system guidance for analytics products so teams can scale high-quality experiences consistently across platforms and use cases.
