About this role at Seek Now
About SeekNow
SeekNow is transforming property inspections through technology, data, and human expertise. Verified, structured, current condition data sits at the center of decisions made by insurance carriers, mortgage lenders, real estate investors and operators, valuation firms, and a growing range of industries that depend on knowing what a property looks like. We deliver it faster and more reliably than anyone else. If you want to be part of a product-driven, tech-forward team building real-world impact at scale, you’re in the right place.
The Opportunity
SeekNow completes more than 3,000 inspections a day for insurance carriers and residential real estate clients. Maestro is the platform behind that work. It is where jobs are created, assigned, scheduled, tracked, and delivered. We are looking for a Product Director to own Maestro end to end, from the experience clients and internal teams use every day to the orchestration layer that decides which Seeker (inspector) goes where and when.
The role has two parts. First, you will own the Maestro platform itself: its overall look and feel, its workflow capabilities, its move to a multi-tenant architecture, and its roles and permissions model. Second, you will lead an initiative to build a new scheduling and routing product that serves both our insurance and real estate businesses.
AI is part of every layer of this product. We expect you to use it to remove manual work, reduce friction for clients, Seekers, and Operations, and make the platform more efficient over time.
You will lead a team of at least one to two product managers and work closely with Engineering, Operations, Design, the Data Capture and Field Experience team, and the product leaders for our insurance and real estate verticals.
What You’ll Do:
Platform Strategy and Leadership
- Define and drive the Maestro platform vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap; translate outcomes into quarterly plans and measurable KPIs.
- Partner with Engineering to set SLAs for availability, latency, throughput, and change-fail rate.
- Work with the insurance and real estate product leaders to decide where vertical requirements become shared platform capabilities.
Apply AI Throughout the Product
- Use AI across scheduling, routing, and workflow to drive efficiency and reduce friction.
- Partner with Engineering to apply AI across the end-to-end inspection workflow, from order intake and assignment through review and delivery.
- Decide where to automate and where to assist a person, and put guardrails, transparency, and feedback loops in place so customers and internal teams trust the results.
- Measure model quality and business impact, and use feedback from apps and users to keep improving.
Own the Maestro Platform and Its Core Capabilities
- Own the overall Maestro platform: the shared foundation that products are built on and partner with the product managers who own those products.
- Own the overall look and feel of the Maestro platform. Partner with the design team to set the experience standards and shared design system that every product on the platform follows.
- Optimize Maestro’s core workflow capabilities so product teams can configure them for their own use cases, and so Operations and clients can run and monitor inspection workflows with fewer manual steps and fewer hand-offs.
- Establish Maestro as a multi-tenant platform. Define how clients, lines of business, and partners are separated, configured, and served from a single platform.
- Build out a robust identity management system including the roles and permissions approach that covers role-based access, tenant-level administration, and audit.
Build Scheduling and Routing Product
- Lead the build of SeekNow’s scheduling and routing product, designed from the start to meet the needs of both insurance and real estate clients.
- Own scheduling, dispatch, and job tracking end to end: how appointments are booked and time-windowed, how jobs are matched and dispatched to available Seeker capacity, and how the system responds to cancellations, no-shows, and surge volume, including catastrophe events.
- Own the tracking and visibility layer that tells internal teams and clients where every job stands, and turn that data into the operational metrics the business runs on.
- Run discovery, define the MVP, and validate through pilots before scaling. Make the call on whether to build, buy, or partner for routing and optimization components.
- Map current workflows end to end with Operations, identify bottlenecks and manual work, and define coverage, capacity, quality, and service level requirements for the inspection networks across both verticals.
Team Leadership and Execution
- Lead the transition to an AI-native software development lifecycle, using AI in discovery, requirements, design, testing, and release to shorten cycle times, raise quality, and set the standards other teams can adopt.
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of…
