Who you Are

Diversey is seeking a Associate Director, Corporate Accounts - Food and Beverage to join our Industrial business, supporting the Dairy sector. This role is critical in driving growth through strategic partnerships with some of the largest names in the food industry. You’ll be responsible for selling our portfolio of cleaning and sanitation solutions to high-level decision-makers across North America. This is a role with strategic impact, directly influencing our business outcomes and brand reputation in the food and beverage processing space.

What You'll Do:

• Drive sales of cleaning and sanitation solutions to national food processing customers

• Build and maintain relationships with key executives at customer organizations

• Understand complex food industry operations and align Solenis products to customer needs

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-added solutions and strategic account planning

• Represent the business at industry events and conferences

What You’ll Bring:

• 10–15 years of experience in the food or beverage Dairy industry

• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of food plant operations

• Preferred degree in biology, chemistry, microbiology, or food science

• Proven ability to engage, influence, and close deals with executive-level stakeholders

• Physical ability to navigate food production environments (including stair climbing and occasional lifting under 50 lbs)

The expected compensation range for this position is between $117,510.00 and $172,337.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
