Regional Sales Manager - Southeast (AL, FL, GA, MS, NC SC, & TN)

Sotera is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to grow our business across the Southeast, covering Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of selling services (not products), ideally in compliance, safety, engineering, or industrial markets.

Sotera is the nation’s leading provider of industrial refrigeration compliance and Process Safety Management (PSM) services. In this role, you’ll find and win new clients, grow existing accounts, and manage the full sales cycle from first call to signed contract. You’ll report to the Vice President of Sales.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect for new clients through networking, cold calls, and trade shows

• Manage the full sales process: prospecting, proposals, negotiation, and account management

• Meet or exceed sales goals for the Southeast region

• Work with our technical experts to build the right solutions for each client

• Cross-sell services with Sotera’s partner companies

• Keep Salesforce up to date

• Travel regularly throughout the region (50%+)
