You will lead client implementations from planning through launch, ensuring projects stay on track and clients are equipped to use the platform successfully. Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementation Project Ownership: Manage a portfolio of concurrent implementation projects, ranging from standard to complex, supporting clients from the final stages of the sales process through first patient launch and handoff to the Client Success Manager.
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and maintain project plans, coordinate timelines and dependencies, monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively escalate issues to keep implementations aligned with agreed milestones.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact throughout implementation, lead client meetings, establish clear expectations, secure stakeholder commitments, and ensure deliverables are completed on time.

- Workflow Optimization and Automation: Use tools such as Monday.com, Confluence, and Claude to organize projects, streamline workflows, automate routine tasks, and improve consistency and accountability across implementations.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve implementation playbooks, templates, and operating procedures to support repeatability, scalability, and a high-quality client experience.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor the Implementation Associate by sharing best practices and helping establish consistent standards for implementation delivery.

- Organization and Prioritization: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance competing priorities across multiple clients and workstreams.
- Communication and Presentation: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence leading virtual and in-person training sessions, facilitating group discussions, and presenting to stakeholders at different levels.
