About the Role

Zocks is expanding into the largest wealth management firms, broker-dealers, and financial institutions in the country. These organizations evaluate AI rigorously, and their decisions involve heads of AI, enterprise architects, security, and compliance alongside business leaders. The Solution Consultant is the technical and business authority in those evaluations, and drives continued growth and innovation afterwards.

You will partner with our Enterprise and Strategic Account Executives to understand each client's operating model, design how Zocks fits within it, and demonstrate that fit credibly. Beyond individual opportunities, you will identify recurring customer needs that Zocks can address with new solutions, and you will partner with the broader solutions organization to transform proposed designs into production reality.

This role is suited to a consultant: someone equally comfortable leading discovery with an operations executive and discussing AI architecture with a firm's technical leadership. Someone who’s not satisfied with winning a deal and impatient to start designing the solution that gets us an even deeper relationship with the client.

What You'll Do

• Lead technical and business discovery with enterprise and strategic clients and prospects, translating their workflows, systems, and requirements into a clear Zocks solution design.

• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations and proofs of concept that show how Zocks operates within a prospect's environment and integrations.

• Serve as the subject-matter expert on AI, platform architecture, integrations, and data handling in discussions with technical, security, and compliance stakeholders.

• Identify recurring customer needs across opportunities and shape them into new Zocks-based solutions.

• Build reusable assets, reference designs, and solution materials that raise the quality and consistency of enterprise selling.

• Partner closely with delivery teams to ensure a clean transition from sale to implementation and to keep scoped commitments aligned with delivery.

• Bring structured customer feedback to Product and Product Marketing, and keep Account Executives current on new capabilities and positioning.

What Success Looks Like

• Enterprise and strategic opportunities advance and close with technical confidence, on solutions designed around each customer's requirements

• Solutions identified in the field become repeatable Zocks offerings

• Customers move from signature into delivery with no gap between what was sold and what is implemented

• Customers evolve from standard Zocks use cases to advanced custom solutions

What You Bring

• Substantial experience in technical consulting, sales/solution engineering, and/or solution architecture supporting complex, long-term enterprise client engagements

• Intermediate to expert knowledge of AI systems and architecture, with the ability to speak credibly to highly technical audiences about how AI applications are built, governed, and deployed

• Strong grounding in integration design and common enterprise integration patterns, including CRM platforms such as Salesforce

• Experience across both presales and post-sale delivery or consulting is strongly preferred

• Familiarity with financial services or another regulated industry is preferred

• Executive presence and clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to translate technical detail for business decision-makers
