About the job
At Go Nimbly, we want to be a global thought leader in the RevOps space by developing a badass brand built through innovative work created by individuals with growth mindsets. As a member of the Delivery team, you will help our clients drive more revenue by creating a buying experience that’s both frictionless and human. You will move these high-growth companies towards a more operationally efficient organization.
As a RevOps Solutions Architect at Go Nimbly, you'll collaborate with a team of RevOps Consultants, Program Managers, Developers, and Analysts to build best-in-class solutions and impactful technology roadmaps. You will act as a subject matter expert on the process of scoping, discovery, diagnosis, design, and leading the team through solution and architecture decisions by considering scalability, trade-offs, best practice, and the latest technology trends, including where generative AI can accelerate or improve general operations and go-to-market motions.
*Remote: Location Requirements
We’re a fully remote company. At this time, we are only able to hire candidates who reside in the following locations due to payroll, tax, and compliance requirements:
U.S. states: California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah.
Countries: Argentina, Colombia, Uruguay, Mexico, Brazil
As a remote first team, we rely on video calls to stay connected, make decisions, and work directly with clients, so being comfortable on camera and engaged in that setting is part of how we operate day to day.
On a given day, a RevOps Solutions Architect will spend time:
- Shaping the approach early by leading discovery and scoping, making sure the work is estimated accurately before it starts.
- Building connections between GTM systems that drive real value and outcomes, whether that's through custom code, integrations, or an iPaaS/automation platform like Workato, Make, or n8n. The tool matters less than knowing which one fits the problem.
- Finding where AI and agents can add value, then building workflows that turn GTM data into actionable insights and automate work. You identify and propose when AI should own the process versus when a human needs to stay involved, all while respecting data privacy, security, and compliance.
- Diagnosing where GTM systems are broken or fragmented, duplicate sources of truth, manual handoffs, data that doesn't reconcile, and owning the fix from root cause through to a shipped solution, not just flagging the gap.
- Designing solutions for complex workstreams, advising clients on when to buy an existing tool versus build a custom solution, and presenting these solutions to client teams in a way that builds trust and makes the case for scalability and best practice.
- Defining architecture principles and standards, and owning how design decisions are communicated and justified, both internally and directly with the client, including executive stakeholders.
- Coaching and mentoring the team on solution design and championing diligently.
- Keeping a pulse on the latest tech and AI releases to help shape Go Nimbly’s point of view on what they mean for clients.
What’s in it for you?

- 100% paid premiums for US employees’ insurance coverage.
About you
- You have 8+ years of experience in at least one core discipline (Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or Business Systems) and working fluency across the others, including systems architecture and administration (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar), data modeling and integration design across the tech stack.
- A genuine point of view on AI and agents in RevOps: judgment on where AI should own delivery versus where a person needs to stay in the loop, and mindful of data governance, PII, and compliance boundaries.
- You work with senior stakeholders to uncover business requirements, diagnose gaps and pains, and design scalable technical solutions to resolve them, including advising clients on when to buy versus build.
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and core features, with a perspective on when to use out of the box features, declarative automation, or code, and comfort building connections across custom code, integrations, or an iPaaS platform like Clay, Workato, Make, or n8n.
- A track record of diagnosing fragmented or broken…
