About this role at Upsun
Upsun is the software factory for human-AI workflows, providing a unified platform where developers, DevOps engineers, and platform teams build and ship software with confidence. The company offers two core products: Upsun Dispatch, an AI-first product accelerator for collaboration between AI agents and human teams, and Upsun Cloud, a cloud application platform for AI acceleration. As a Product Manager at Upsun, you will own a significant area of Upsun Cloud and the outcomes it delivers to developers.
You will lead the team responsible for the platform's foundations: the API, runtime, environments, and reliability infrastructure. This role combines strategic product vision with hands-on collaboration with engineering and design teams. You will shape the product roadmap, drive user research and feedback loops, and ensure the platform evolves to meet the needs of developers building agentic software at scale.
