Hours: 40 hours/week

Rate: $75/hr max

Duration: 11/16/26 - 12/31/26, with intent to extend through all of 2027

Overview

We’re looking for Media Managers, Planning to own day-to-day execution across partner IOs, trafficking, pacing, and reporting. This role requires strong attention to detail and comfort managing recurring deliverables across multiple vendors and platforms, with close coordination across Finance and external partners.

We are looking for two resources for this role (one will focus on a major social/tech brand and the other resource will support a mixture of retail, CPG, and nonprofit accounts).

Responsibilities

• Own partner insertion orders (IOs), trafficking, and weekly reporting

• Conduct weekly DoubleVerify discrepancy checks

• Own weekly pacing and vendor/buying follow-up

• Own reporting insights

• Complete campaign actualizations as requested

• Pull baseline data for all reporting as requested

• Assist other planners with additional tasks as requested

• Manage invoice discrepancies with Finance and external partners for monthly media, fees, and platforms such as Google Campaign Manager ad serving, DoubleVerify, Agenda Setters, and TargetSmart (varies by client)

• 3-5 years of experience in media planning, buying, or ad operations

• Experience managing insertion orders and trafficking across digital platforms

• Familiarity with ad verification and measurement tools (e.g., DoubleVerify)

• Comfortable managing recurring reporting cycles and reconciling discrepancies across vendors and finance teams

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills

• Working knowledge of Google Campaign Manager or similar ad-serving platforms

• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

• Comfortable working across multiple accounts or client verticals simultaneously
